D6 Training & Performance develops and works with amateur athletes in middle school and high school in achieving their sport specific goal development. D6 has a focus on speed, explosion and power development along with proper body control and balance. We explain, teach and plan programs that demonstrate the relationship between nutrition, wellness and body development.
